How does it work?
Sessions are held online on Zoom and are usually 60 minutes.
Most people choose to have sessions weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Often people start with weekly and space out sessions once they are gaining some momentum.
The sessions are tailored to you.
There will be some homework - usually the application of what you have come up with in the session.
The truth is that you already have all of the resources and answers within you.
