Coaching Agreement

As your coach I am committed to assisting you in achieving your desired results in an ethical manner.  As such the following terms and agreements are agreed by both parties prior to commencement of any coaching.

 

As my commitment to you please note that I will only use Life Coaching techniques. I am sure we will have great sessions together and at times I may challenge you; this is for you to further increase your skills and knowledge so that you can achieve the outcomes you want to achieve.  As you embrace the process the changes can easily occur and therefore your full participation during and after the session supports both you and your outcome. It is your commitment to your goals that allow them to happen.

 

As you sign this document you acknowledge your understanding that as a Life Coach, I am in no way a Medical Doctor, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or a registered Health Professional and that our sessions together do not in any way replace medical treatment

 

As part of the coaching process, I will make records. These will be kept confidential and will not be shared with a 3rd Party person without your consent.  However, in relation to the law I do have an obligation to speak to a 3rd party if I believe a serious crime has been or is about to be committed or harm is likely to be caused to any person.

 

Each session will be 60 minutes in duration or as otherwise agreed by us both.  These sessions are important for you in achieving the outcomes you have set for yourself.  To ensure they have the best impact for you please arrive / be available at the agreed time.

If you need to change an appointment, please give as much notice as possible ideally more than 24 hours.  If I need to reschedule the appointment due to illness or emergency, I will let you know as soon as I know.
