At the end of the course participants will have considered their current patterns and outcomes and learned key competencies for creating new options and enhancing joy. 

Participants will understand more about HOW their patterns operate and HOW they can create spaciousness and choice, as well as access the Joy which is all around us here, in the present moment.

At the end of the course participants will have learned key competencies for engaging hybrid teams.  They will have considered what good looks like in each competency and where their team sits in relation to this, highlighting key areas of focus for post work. 

Participants will understand what psychological safety means in a hybrid setting, why that is important, and how to build resilience in the ‘new normal’ environment of ongoing change and evolution of the way we do business.

Participants will learn a range of tactics, tools and best practice for each competency which can be employed to build engaged, happy, productive hybrid teams.

For best results, this course will be run after the Emotional Intelligence course. 

At the end of the course participants will understand what emotional intelligence is and why it is important in the workplace.  They will have awareness of the tools and competencies of Emotional Intelligence and have identified perspectives and competencies that they can apply in their own work situation. 

 

Participants will have a working knowledge of psychological safety, the value and importance of it and some techniques and practices to increase it within their team. 

After the course participants will understand how stories and metaphors can be used in a business context to enhance communication, build connection, and increase understanding and retention of a key point or perspective.

Participants will understand how to select and craft a powerful story which adds value, understand the impact of metaphor, and how to use language which connects with a wider audience.

Participants will commit to using a story in a work context within 4 weeks of the course to achieve a business-related outcome and will reflect and report to their manager on the experience and what they learned.
