Outcome

  • At the end of the course participants will have learned key competencies for engaging hybrid teams.  They will have considered what good looks like in each competency and where their team sits in relation to this, highlighting key areas of focus for post work.

  • Participants will understand what psychological safety means in a hybrid setting, why that is important, and how to build resilience in the ‘new normal’ environment of ongoing change and evolution of the way we do business.

  • Participants will learn a range of tactics, tools and best practice for each competency which can be employed to build engaged, happy, productive hybrid teams.

  • For best results, this course will be run after the Emotional Intelligence course.
