As a coaching professional, I will make records. These will be kept confidential and will not be shared with a 3rd Party person without your consent.

Disclaimer: in relation to the law I do have an obligation to speak to a 3rd party if I believe a serious crime has been or is about to be committed or harm is likely to be caused to any person.

I don't tend to spam people, but if I do send you any communications that you don't like, I will stop if you ask me to.
I will store any records securely and ensure your confidentiality.
