Can doing this for 5 minutes a day change your life?

I’ve seen this work too many times for it to be coincidence.


It’s not even necessary to believe that it will work.




Client after client has seen dramatic improvements within 1-2 weeks and I’m going to share this practice right now for free and the essential elements to maximise effect:



(NB: it is much more effective if you actually do it.)


👉Lack confidence in meetings? - imagine yourself in a meeting feeling confident.


👉Want to say no when the moment calls for it? Imagine yourself saying no in a specific setting and feeling great about it.


👉Want to leave work at a certain time? What would you do if you did? Imagine yourself leaving on the way to do that and feeling great about it.


👉Want to remember to bring your containers out of the car? Imagine yourself doing it.



You get the idea?

It doesn’t matter what the situation is that you want to be different, you just imagine yourself doing it the way that you want to do it.



Essential elements to maximise effectiveness:


⏰ Do it often! It’s likely to take less than 30 seconds to do, doing it more than 5 times every day will significantly increase the effect.


👀👂👃👅👤 Bring in as many sensory elements as you can, imagining yourself as if you are looking out of your own eyes; what are you seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, tasting and what you are saying to yourself as you experience yourself doing the thing that you want to do, in the way that you want to do it.


🏜️⏱️Imagine this occurring at a specific place in a specific time, or at a specific moment in your daily routine (after something that you actually do routinely).

For example: In the meeting next Wednesday in the boardroom /or: when I arrive home in my truck.


🐷🔙 Piggyback off the past by using elements from real memories to construct your sensory experience.

In that borrowed setting, imagine yourself feeling, thinking and behaving in the way that you would like to (rather than what might have happened in your past.)
